I understand your frustration, we have a horse pasture that is now surrounded by a new development and Condos; the contractors have replace a good stock fence with a vinyl product that the horses and mules break every time they try to scratch or roll, and we have been called at the most unusual times about animals being out on the street, we didn't have this problem until the "NEW FENCES" went in.
